Turn the printer off, then press and hold the Feed button while reconnecting power. Release when the self-test starts—this initiates reset mode

Make sure no USB or LAN cable is connected, that Wi‑Fi isn’t already configured, and Bluetooth hasn’t been paired. On power-up, the printer prints a "SimpleAP Start" sheet, letting you connect directly like an access point. You can also start SimpleAP manually via the status sheet guidance or web config.

  • Power LED solid = on, off = no power
  • Error/fatal error: power LED flashing until power is cycled

With the printer off, press and hold Feed, then power on. Follow menu prompts for self-test, network diagnostics, NV‑graphics info, or receipt enhancement info.
